Charli "Chuck B. More" Baltimore (natural Tiffany Lane in August 16, 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a Grammy nominated female rapper and protege of the late Notorious B.I.G.. She was innate to the German father and an African American mother but chiefly rasied by her sr. half-sister, Yolanda. Fallowing graduating from either Pierce College, becoming a qualified paralegal, & getting ii girl, India and Sianni, Charli met a Ill-famed B.I personally.G. in the summertime of 1995. She mass produced her 1st appearance in a music industry in the late 1990s using the hit "Money" featured on the Woo movie soundtrack. Baltimore was at this instance sign-language to Lance Rivea's Untertainment Recording Label (erst Undeas Records), whose more creative person involved Junior M.A.F.I.A. and Lil Kim. Using collaborators like Cam'ron & N.O.R.E., Baltimore recorded her debut album Cold as Ice which featured tracks like Money, Pimp da 1 u love, N.B.C, and Stand Up.
